Waste and Resources Action Programme (WRAP) [did one of the first major studies on food waste in Britain in 2008...] By 2012 the amount of edible food wasted in Britain had fallen by a fifth.
"When you start measuring the problem, you start managing it." ...You make less of what you're throwing out.
Closing the circle: use less, design wisely, no waste. What can you do? Restrain yourself. Repair and reuse. Recycle everything.
