What is Borderline Personality Disorder? This book will not only help to explain but will help those who suffer from it. A great self-help workbook. ( )

This workbook is based on a YouTube series on Borderline Personality Disorder by Dr Daniel Fox. Both the videos and workbook are extremely helpful to understanding BPD type behavior and how to improve that behavior. It is estimated that 6% of adults have this disorder and the rate is higher among traumatized children. As foster parent learning about BPD was an "aha" moment and shown light not only on my foster kids behavior but also my family history ( )
