Interesting story about a couple. The woman ends up in a coma and the focus is on how she is when she recovers. ( )

This book was a perfect read! It brought out so many physical feelings in me that kept me wanting more!

Imagine being in a wonderful marriage with the love of your life and after a night of partying with your husband you end up in a coma for months. When you come out of the coma things are more different than you had ever thought. Not only to the person in the coma but also to your closest family and friends.

The character development in this book was spot on and told from 3 POVs. It was heart wrenching, uplifting, inspiring, mysterious and just flat out AMAZING!!

You do not want to miss out of this book! One of my favorites this year! ( )

I enjoyed exploring the flaws of these characters. I hadn't read a book in a while where the characters were written to be so flawed so it was nice to read it here. In the long haul, this story won't leave an impact on me, but for the time that I read it, it was enjoyable. ( )

Stella and Simon have a long but complicated relationship. Everything is thrown into chaos when Stella is suddenly in a coma, and Simon must step up to be the responsible one. He makes some right choices, and some wrong ones, and when Stella awakes she is "different"--and an artist, no longer a nurse. Simon is different too, and so is Stella's best friend Libby. The characters don't know how to navigate their new normal, and what they want, and what they wish for. Believable, well-written, heart-breaking. . . ( )
