Note: I received digital review copies of this book through Edelweiss and NetGalley. ( ) The Tiny Tale of Little Pea is the story of a tiny person who loves life as he is growing. When he begins school, he realizes that he is very small and there are a lot of things he can not do. The world is not very accommodating. Even though he has difficulty doing many things at school, he finds a job as an adult, lives in his own home that he has built and is happy. as it's a fun story about Little Pea who finds he's too small to do many things. He finds a job that suits him perfectly and seems to live happily ever after. There was not a lot of text with this story but the illustrations were lovely and would add a lot to the discussion about what was happening. I would definitely make sure that a discussion was held about how Little Pea should have been treated, accommodations for those who need them in life and determination. This book could be used as a mentor text for drawing conclusions, making predictions as well as making inferences. The publisher generously provided me with a copy of this book via Netgalley. nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione
Little Pea was born tiny, but with big aspirations. As he grows up, he loves to climb, explore, swim, daydream-just like any other kid his age. But when Little Pea starts school, the realization of how small he is sets in. Suddenly, he's too small to sit at his desk, play the flute, or even join classmates at recess. What will become of Little Pea? Non sono state trovate descrizioni di biblioteche |
