There was a boy that woke up in a bad mood one day. He went to the bus in a bad mood and his bad mood spread to some other kids. At school his mood rubbed off on more people. When he got home from school he was still in a bad mood. His mom knitted him some clothes. Then he took his mood and made it into a ball and then rolled it to make it flat and turned it into an airplane. He threw it out his window and just like that his bad mood was gone. He went to bed happy!

This picture book was a good way to show students how your anger or frustration can be used in a positive way and make you feel a sense of relief. (
