I think I wanted a little more drama or flare in this instalment and finale. However, it was a solid way to wrap up this story and shows how far the characters have gone from the first book.

The character development has really impressed me in this series and I think this finale truly highlights that. We get to see so many different layers to these characters. And in this part specifically, we see what the physical aspect of time has done to them (and their romance) and it just gives the story a very grounded, realistic edge.

I hope we get to experience more of this fabulous world Piper Lawson has created. This series is perfect for fans of rockstar romances who want a more refreshing take on the genre.
