Good romance

I really like this series and I'm happy to finally read the mysterious Gareth's story. He's been the older brother who doesn't say much and leads this secretive life apart from his family. Sloan is having a hard time and I understand why she wants to keep the parts of her life separate, but I just wanted to tell her to wake up and realize that she could have something great with Gareth. I like their relationship, the sex is very hot whew! And how they both make each other better and happier. I can't wait to read the conclusion! ( )

To say that I love the Harris family would be an understatement. There is a sense of unity that makes me that much more invested in the story. The connection between Gareth and Sloan was the perfect balance with one needing control and the other needing to give up control.

It ends on a whopper of a cliffhanger. I'm looking forward to what happens next. ( )

Wow! Just beyond wow. I love this series and was looking forward to this final duet so much, but also dreading it, as I don’t want to say goodbye to the Harris brothers. However, if I have to, then DAMN this is the way I want it to go! I mean it is the mother of all cliffhangers, but a must. The duet is going to be a piece of beauty, if the first half is any sign of how brilliant this is going to end, then I may need a moment to prep myself for the glorious climax ;)

I loved the overall story and really found that it was written to match the style of the rest of the series, which I find really important. It had a brilliant flow to it, and Daws perfectly blended the life of the characters, the tensions that built between them and the Harris story. All together it really meant that I was completely drawn into the story and had a very very hard time putting it down.

The characters are excellent. I was drawn to both of them, from the start, and desperately wanted to get to know them and their story. The more I knew, the more I felt connected to them and wanted to really become part of the story. It was written so beautifully, that I just found myself falling in love with them and this book.

Now to await the next half!! I’m so excited and am not certain I’ll be able to wait for long, so it’s a good thing it’s coming out soon! Seriously, a must read! ( )
