Nutrition You Can Live With
by Elaine Magee MPH, RD
Reviewing this 192 page patient teacher was a blast. I just love the "Tell Me What To Eat" format because it always lays things out in such a logical way. First talking about the heartburn and then focusing on simple ways of changing your life to help relieve the problem. I smiled all the way through the section that had exercises for couch potatoes. There was just so much information and great suggestions.
In the back there was even a section of tasty recipes including parsnip pancakes. I loved the list of troubling spices, the fiber chart and the ingenious q & a format made everything crystal clear. This one is the complete package when it comes to Acid Reflux, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs help with the painful affliction. Thanks Elaine for bring hope to millions everywhere.
Love & Light,
