It was great to hear so many examples of nice behavior leading to positive results. People who criticize and complain all the time exhaust me. I hope to read this book once a year, just for the reminder. ( ) My younger brother insisted (practically on pain of death) that I read this book. It definitely has great advice as to how to deal with people, particularly from a leadership standpoint. It mentioned quite a few of my own character flaws as things to work on, so I guess I have some homework. :)I haven't read the second book yet, "How to Stop Worrying and Start Living," so I'll make some notes on that one once I finish it. nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione
