Then, they set out to avenge Ginger's death. Along the way, the women find new strength to make changes in their own lives. The pace is a little slow, allowing for the backstories of the five avengers and their personal development. And maybe there are a few convenient coincidences. But the book manages to keep the reader invested and rooting for this team of women to the end.
