The George series is a middle grade series by Stephen and Lucy Hawking, and features George and Annie, two young scientists who are interested in space travel and cosmology.

In this outing, George and Annie deal with cyber-bullying, explore space, and are chosen to be future astronauts sent to Mars.

I like that the book has several fascinating essays on different subjects (Volcanoes, Oceans, the moon Europa) that are written clearly and in a manner that is able to be understood by younger readers. We have the entire set in the library, and will be happy when this is added to our collection.
