The Slime Book: All You Need to Know to Make the Perfect Slime by DK is a book I requested from NetGalley and the review is voluntary. This is a book I am getting my grand kids! It opens up with showing all the different slime recipes and the tools you will need. Wow, are there a lot of recipes! The tools are simple and most of them you probably have. The slime come in two categories, non-edible and edible! That's right, some you can eat! Some non- edible include: basic, stretchy, fluffy (looks like shaving cream...wanting to put my hands in that myself!), see through (gross, looked like...), putty, starry, crunching, smelly, glitter, popping, shades, gold, unicorn, sand, metallic, monster, snow, fake snot (gross), and more. It looks like kids (and adults) would have lots of fun playing with this. The edible ones include: chocolate goo, sticky icky tasty slime, the bear necessities, and striped slime. At the end it tells you how to store your slime and easy clean up. It also gives you tips if your slime didn't work the way you wanted it to. Awesome close up pictures and step by step instructions. I know my grand kids will love this! ( )
