As I finished the book I'm reminded that he is no longer with us. It comforting to realize that his words of wisdom will live on in his books, videos and audio recordings. May he rest in peace. ( ) Inspiration Your Ultimate Calling by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer I was given the opportunity to review not only this 252 page book but was also blessed with the 2 CD set by the same name. I felt both were very refreshing and chock a block full with awesome information that helped me to see my life in a clearer and more positive way. Dr. Dyer has been an inspiration to a lot of people and this talk will help so many to find their right place in this big universe. The book I enjoyed because of it's little exercises, simple format and the chapters were so easy to follow and well labeled and I could feel the author's warmth right through every page. I also loved the CDs because I was able to hear his reassuring voice, and also to hear wonderful and inspiring stories from people who had overcome so much in there lives. I especially loved the story of how the butterfly, named Jack got on the front cover. I have been a fan of Dr. Dyer's for many many years, and when I listen to his CDs or read his books it never fails to get me out of myself and help to set me back firmly on the right path. I would recommend the book or the CDs to anyone who is serious about cultivating a more positive attitude about their lives. Love & Light, Riki Frahmann Dr. Dyer has a fantastic book here. It is simple, inspirational, and one that helps focus the reader on the "Bright side of Life" (with thanks to Monty Python). While I often find these kinds of books to be a bit "airy Fairy" to coin a over-hacked cliche' this one really got my intentions focused and did the job. Dr. Dyer is a easy reading author. His book is short, succinct, and very motivational. A must read! I am so excited to have this book and for the point of view it takes that mirrors my own beliefs. I'm sure it will be very valualble. I can watch the PBS broadcasts of Dr. Dyer every day they are aired and always learn more about making my life more valuable. I expect to be reading this book more than once for awhile and there I have no doubt that it's worth five stars. nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione

There's a voice in the universe calling each of us to remember our purpose--our reason for being here now, in this world of impermanence. The voice whispers, shouts, and sings to us that this experience of being in form, in space and time, knowing life and death, has meaning. The voice is that of inspiration, which is within each and every one of us. In this groundbreaking book,Dr. Wayne W. Dyerexplains how we've chosen to enter this world of particles and form. From our place of origin, in ways that we don't readily comprehend now, we knew what we were coming here to accomplish, and we participated in setting this life process in motion. So why not think this same way? Why put the responsibility or blame on any one or any thing that's not a part of us? On Earth we have the capacity of volition--we can choose--so let's assume that we had the same capacity when we resided in the spiritual realm. We chose our physical body, and we chose the parents we needed for the trip. It doesn't seem too great a stretch to move into the idea that we chose this life in concert with our Source. Each chapter in this book is filled with specifics for living an inspired life. From a very personal viewpoint, Wayne Dyer offers a blueprint through the world of spirit to inspiration, your ultimate calling. Non sono state trovate descrizioni di biblioteche |
