This is an abbreviated version of the classic tale. A tale of a man with dual personalities. The evil denizen of the night, Mr. Hyde, and the good, mild Dr. Jekyll.

It is an experiment that has gone wrong and cannot be reversed. Dr. Jekyll has been experimenting with a potion that alters personality. Jekyll is protective of the Hyde personality at first, but finds out his control is slowly slipping away. Jekyll is also concealing the fact that he knowledgeable about Hyde.

This is more of an introductory version for kids 7 and up. It also has a number of illustrations through the book ( )

The Strange Case Of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is about Dr. Jekyll and his evil persona Mr. Hyde. One day Mr. Utterson and Dr. Lanyon were on their sunday evening stroll through Soho, London England. they see a mysterious door that Mr. Utterson had not seen before Dr Lanyon begins to tell a story about that door. One night I heard Screams coming around the corner and saw a small, dwarfish and deformed man standing over the little girl he names this man as Mr. Hyde. Mr. Hyde gives the girl and the people a check signed with the name Dr. Jekyll. Dr. Lanyon falls ill a couple months later and Mr. Utterson receives a letter from Lanyon. That was given to Lanyon by Dr. Jekyll, In the letter Dr. Jekyll explains how he has always had a dark side and was finding it hard to feed his dark side and still feel okay in his normal self, So he creates a concotion that will split both his side into completely different people his dark side being Mr. Hyde the Dwarfish. In Conclusion the entire Case is solved and Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde kills himself.

The Strange Case of Dr.Jekyll And Mr. Hyde Is a Classic Horror/ Sci-Fi novel based of of the 1800s. And i thought the book was great and almost entertaining not quite though. Because I dont like crime novels i find them frivalous to read because there is always so much exposition its tiring. I also dont like all the insanely extra details involved they make me almost want to skip over what im reading. But i did read lord of the rings and those books have a lot of detail but those books are on a fantasy setting and to me that is interesting. Like i could not read sherlock holmes novels because its just too much exposition for me. In conclusion i liked this book almost.
