Liz and Blake were both once married to "Flowers" a sister and brother, but have both divorced. They both have one child from the marriage and both end up at the same party in Marietta Montana while the Flower family, including their children are gone for a month to a tropical island for a wedding. They have not seen each other in 15 years, but when the meet at the party there is a spark. Of course they end up in bed together and the descriptions of this time together is a bit more than I like, but it was not too bad. When their children come home early and find them together what is going to happen? I really like the characters of Liz and Blake. They were real and were both good parents. They spoke their mind and felt emotions deeply. This was a quick Christmas read that I enjoyed. ( ) This was a very enjoyable Christmas read. Since it’s a novella it didn’t take much time but it was a perfect size book for the story. Liz Flowers meets up with Blake Canon at a friend’s Christmas party. They realized they knew each other since they had married into the same family; they had married brothers and sisters and now both were divorced. They hadn’t seen each other in 15 years. They kiss under the mistletoe and sparks fly. They both fall hard for each other but there are also secrets that might keep them apart. When their children come home and find them together even more questions as to whether they can truly be together. They love each other but is it enough. "5 out of 5 stars!! LOVED, love, loved it!! It was hard not getting sucked into this sweetly steamy romance about an ex-brother-in-law & an ex-sister-in-law falling in love and dealing with their unique challenges!" With her daughter away with her father for the holidays Liz Flowers agrees to stay in Marietta to house sit for her ex's mother (weird). At a holiday party she runs into her ex brother-in-law and their attraction is immediate. An interesting story twist and one that is beautifully written. I highly recommend this one. nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione
