This is one of my favorites from the Nancy Drew Diaries series, and it's a perfect light summertime read! Anyone who has enjoyed time at summer camp will get a kick out of this mystery. Nancy, Bess, and George are headed off to spend a week as camp counselors. The week takes a spooky turn though, even before the arrival of the campers! Is the camp haunted? Will Nancy be able to take the summer off from sleuthing to truly enjoy a break while at camp? Nancy is as clever as ever, and I enjoyed seeing her compassionate side as she took charge of a cabin full of children! Audio production recommended!

I enjoyed this book a lot. Nancy, Bess, and George sign up as counselors at a summer camp that Bess used to go to when she was a kid. But strange things keep happening, including people being pulled underwater by some unknown force. I had my own ideas about who was really behind everything, but I was totally wrong. ( )
