Both Regan and Charlie are likable and well developed characters. Considering they are sisters, they are very different individuals. I have to say, I loved when Charlie went off on Regan. She really did deserve it, and I was not quite sure Charlie had it in her.
I also really like both Owen and Carter. They are both great guys whom we discover more about in this sequence. Not to mention they are both swoon-worthy.
I love that the story is told from both Regan’s and Charlie’s point of view. It gives the reader great insight into both characters and makes them both appealing.
The plot was well constructed and full of mystery and unexpected twist. Everything fell into place smoothly. I did not see a few things coming and really enjoyed the outcome. Heather Hildenbrand and S. M. Reine make a fabulous writing duo. I would not mind seeing another collaboration from them in the future.
