Written by the same folks that compiled the Oxford Latin Dictionary, which is neither portable nor inexpensive. Amazon will kindly sell you the two-volume set at the discounted price of $385.10 (marked down from $450). Morwood's pocket dictionary is far less expensive; it is also far less complete. It's a pretty decent resource (although I prefer the Cassell's), and for the student, this is an excellent resource.

The font is larger, and it seems carefully organized, but there's just a bit less in the way of words and definitions than Cassell's. Nothing wrong with having both, and the extra pieces and side notes make it worthy. ( )

Clear, concise and very easy to use, with all required grammar and historical and grammar points throughout the dictionary. ( )
