I loved this book. I thought it was informational, engaging, interesting, and fun. It was engaging because of the colors and how it was set up. It wasn’t just words written on a page. There were boxes and lots of pictures to break up all of the information that was being given. I also liked how this book was organized. For example, each page was a category, such as “why can’t I survive without all my organs?” This page was all about the body. For example, there were “mini questions” on the page such as “why do I have a belly button” and “why do people get goose bumps?” This book was very factual and had lots of different information to draw in a variety of readers. You can definitely learn lots of new information by reading this book. It had everything from the body, to different places around the world, to sports. I loved the pictures because they were engaging. For example, they were extremely bright and colorful, which drew me in. I also liked them because there were real pictures. For example, on one of the animal pages, there were photographs of elephants, spiders, birds, and whales. This added to the information that was being given because it allowed the reader to actually see what was being talked about. I thought this was a really cool book and I couldn’t get enough of it! The main idea was to inform about interesting facts on a variety of topics. ( )
