My daughters convinced me to buy another book in the ultimate sticker collection. For readers with a burning curiosity to know about the format of these excellent sticker books, consult my previous reviews of books in the series. The subject of this one is the first angry birds star wars game. The pages are colorful and attractive, and the stickers are of high quality. Unlike the other DK sticker books we have, the number of stickers to a page is less here, with correspondingly less text and larger stickers. Also, the book has more open pages for creative play and less of the pages requiring specific stickers to be found. In other words, kids will spend less time reading and hunting for particular stickers in this book, which is disappointing. On the other hand, the extra number of pages that are just settings for creative pictures is great. The other sticker books would benefit from a few more free-play spreads, as all of these sticker books have an abundance of extra stickers. These distinctions are my own; my daughters loved this book just as much as the others. If we buy more sticker books, I know what series we will seek. ( )
