This book was amazing. Great combo between dark romance and action, suspense, drama. The love story between these two is so absorbing like they are created for each other. The passion, the love, the fuckin' sparks.
I thought after Sloane found Alexis, this was going to be the end, but no it's the beginning of the "second part". And Zeth is so hot!!! Like damn it, can a man be so beautiful and dangerous at the same time?

This story didn't pick up where I'm thought it was going to start. There wasn't the information that I thought it would have in regards to a reunion. I'm going to assume that will be a separate story. I struggled with the plausibility of some of the story, such as the story and excuse that Sloane corroborated concerning the discovery of someone. Her parents were smart, those excuses wouldn't fly.

Even with those two major problems, I still love this series. I love the bantering between Sloane and Zeth. Looking forward to the next book. ( )

Book four in an excellent series!

Zeth and Sloane are back trying to stay out of trouble but not doing a very good job at it! He's dark and dangerous, she's tough and uncompromising!

Unlike many serials this one just seems to get better, I can't say there's a character I particularly dislike any in particular, although Charlie is mean (and sounds like Ray Winsome in my head) without him and his badness the book wouldn't be as good but I do love Zeth, Sloane, Michael, Lacey and the few widowmakers we've met. I'd really like to explore the connection between the Duchess and Zeth's mum!

I cannot wait for the next book, August cannot come soon enough :)
