The major reason is because the story just ends, there's no transition or closure, one minute your reading and the next you've gone to the next page and it says "Chapter 1" - I thought at first there must have been some type of typo but no it really is a drop-off the cliff, cliff-hanger. The second reason was that I didn't really feel I knew the characters other than the fact that they really liked and wanted sex, except for Hunter. And the final reason was what happened to mom & dad YUCK! But, I'm one of those people who don't want to hear about their parents - especially with such detail.
