Maybe my expectations were too high, but this book was rather disappointing. I'm not a fan of 'composite art' where real backgrounds and plants are used and the dinosaur artwork is superimposed over it. Yes, it's done very professionally and mostly seamlessly, but I still don't like the look. I think painted art (instead of computer generated) would have looked much better (some of his drawings, although quite simple, are actually very nice). Another disappointment was the incredibly small size of the font - which I'm guessing was around 7 or even 6 point in most places, and difficult to read. ( )
