I immediately was drawn in to this well-written, character driven book. The two main personalities grew through the many changing roles and work they performed. Kate learns a lot about trust and Nick finds his way while waiting. Kate's grandmother, Leona watches on the sidelines as she deals with her physical frailties. There are several themes that thread throughout the book but they fit seamlessly next to each other. Faith is one of them and author, Victoria Bylin handles this subject well and naturally. Until I Found You is definitely a book that I had a hard time putting down once I started. I highly recommend reading it!

First, let me say that I really really really LOVED this honest & realistic look at two new Christians trying to figure out to live out the raw reality of their changed hearts. Tough decisions, commitments that are difficult to keep, pivotal circumstances that lead you to a crisis of belief. And in the end - not a "happily ever after" maybe but a "joy endures"... which is what we should all be seeking as daughters of Jesus.

Second, this line: "Nick Sheridan had the posture of a soldier, the ease of a cowboy, and the daring of a pirate." Aaaaaand just like that, I fall headlong into my latest crush on a fictional character :)

This was a Christian Romance on Nick and Kate. And finding out what was important in our lives. You found yourself hoping all would work out for them. Worth trying.... ( )

Until I Found You is the first book I have read by Victoria Bylin. It was an easy book to read and I enjoyed it very much. The characters were easy to believe. I especially enjoyed the story of the condors and the parallels made between them and the characters in the story.
I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys romance and Christian fiction. ( )

I really enjoyed this book. Victoria Bylin is a new author to me, but I plan to find more of her books. I found her style of writing to be fun, full of faith and realistic. You are sure to fall in love with the storyline and characters. Nick Sheridan comes to the rescue of Kate Darby more than once. He is not proud of his past as a bestselling author, but as a new Christian has the chance to save Kate’s grandmothers newspaper and write about the important things. Kate puts her career on hold to help her grandmother Leona when she has a stroke. Nick may be her hero but wants so much more. I was intrigued by all the information on Leona’s beloved condor’s. I give Until I Found You 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone that enjoys Christian, contemporary and romance fiction
