Romance after a failed marriage, such a tricky topic but this author takes us on a whirlwind ride through the ups and downs of finding the way to acceptance and contentment after disappointment. Maggie Christensen gives us a great cast of characters and in the process addresses many of the complex relationships that make up modern families. Her descriptive language provides the reader with vivid scenes of Sydney Harbour and the magnificent vistas its shores provide. One can almost feel the sand between the toes as Anna, her protagonist, escapes to the beach to ponder her future. All is not lost but to say more could spoil what was a most enjoyable read ( ) nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione
