This follows on directly from the first book, and if you liked that one, you'll like this too. I like the way the plot is evolving, and the pairing of main characters is spot on.
My main problem with the series so far is that these first two books are too short. The end of book one does not feel like a natural break, and it would have been better to publish books one and two as a single volume. The ending of book two does feel appropriate. ( )

This is the second installment of the 'Body Rock' series, and I like it just as much as the first one.

Conflicting emotions continue between Lola and Dez! Lola preformed her first concert as lead guitarist and things start to heat up afterwards. I can't wait to read the next one. ( )

Just as Hard Body Rock did, this book grabs you from the first page and doesn't let go. Lola may want Drez, but she also doesn't want to blow any chance she has at being a rock star, so she attempts to set some ground rules with Drez, but of course he's not hearing any of it. While they both acknowledge that whatever is going on with them is happening extremely fast, the heart wants what the heart wants. If you thought the sexual tension in book one was something, clutch your pearls and gird your loins cause it's off the charts in this book.

We got a really small glimpse into Drez's past, we also learn that at some point Lola had to deal with bullies, and obviously there is a lot more to the story of Sean and Drez, and I can't wait till the next book comes out to get more details on all the storylines. I definitely recommend this book! ( )

This is book 2 of this series and ends with the "to be continued". The story seems to pick up at the end and dragging up till then. So far I don't see a book 3 coming up so at this point I doubt I would be interested in getting it. It would have been a better read for me to have the whole story told in one book. ( )
