This book starts with a young girl who has a bossy older sister named Dee Dee. Dee Dee always takes things from her, ruins her clothes, and steals her toys. When the girl's friend comes over Dee Dee makes her be the servant and tries to take her friends from her. The girl is so upset by her sister's behavior that she plans on running away from home. Her plans to run away are put on pause when she can't find her favorite teddy bear and then realizes that Dee Dee has it because she was sewing it's eye back on. The girl then stands up for herself and her and Dee Dee start to get along. ( )

Hannah's older sister bullies her into doing a lot of things. Hannah realizes she doesn't need her sister do do things so she does them on her own.
