I did not like this book because it only portrayed what would happen at a circus. The writing is organized but it is very bland and uses the pictures in order to grab the reader. The characters are all very different and work at the circus. I did not like the fact that their was not one main character to the story. The message of the story was to show viewers what a circus is like using large bright images. I would recommend this picture book for students in kindergartner and first grade. ( )

This book is from the point of view of the ring master in charge of the circus. You have an elephant, horse riding, bears, lions and on intermission the ring master wants people to go take a break to get cotton candy or snow cones. The circus ends with a lion!

This is a very extravagant picture book about a group of animals in a circus.

This would be a fun book for very young children to read. It is all about what things are in the circus, so i would be a perfect book to read to your students before taking them on a fieldtrip to the circus. Its also a very colorful book.

this is a great book about the circus. You start by seeing a grand elephant. Followed by horses and monkeys and tigers, lizards and snakes, and finally you see a lion. Very colorful and a very easy read. ( )
