This is a light hearted poetry book for kids age 9-13- all the poems centered around the school year, and the classroom. Good read, fun. Age appropriate ( )

All of the poems are written around the theme of school. This book is jam packed. Some of the poems are funny and quirky, but others were not. The poems would be fun to read with students because they are relatable to them. The poems range from being the new kid to poems about math. The only problem I had with this book was that the illustrations were not appealing to the eye and it made the poems seem less fun. ( )

Poems that tells what a little boy thinks of school. He talks about what he does during the day at school. He tells what he doesn't like and what he does like at school. The pictures weren't colorful they were black and white. This is what made the poems so dry. ( )
