This novella was an Audible freebie (thank you, Audible!). The Nameless Detective investigates theft at an rare and antiquarian bookstore. Fun characters and well-done plot. (

This was a cute crime noir type of mystery. The narrator's voice was a perfect match for this type of story and I enjoyed it immensely. (

Neo noir mystery with the Unnamed Detective. Most clues are present so that astute reader can solve the mystery of the ongoing thefts before the answer is revealed by him. Excellent short read!
Nick Sullivan seems perfect as narrator. (

Written with a noir feel, the detective is longing for a case, when in walks a client, although not a beautiful dame. The client owns a large used bookstore and some very valuable merchandise has gone missing. He wants more than for the thefts to stop, he wants to find out who is stealing from him, and how.

It was an enjoyable listen, the narrator did a good job. The story was short and succinct, and yet kept me guessing. (
