Two children exchange their roles, wanting to experience the life of another without knowing all that awaits them. Tom (pauper) takes the place of Edward (prince) in the palace and Edward takes the place of Tom at home. Nobody believes him when he says that Edward is not Tom, but the true prince in the palace while nobody believes Tom to say that he does not really think that Edward and Prince gone mad. Henry VIII dies and therefore preparations are made for the coronation.
After we learned about each other's lives after many adventures, Edward change places with Tom, just as he was about to be crowned. Edward is anxious to receive the throne but the nobles refuse to believe that someone who appears to them as a pauper is the real king until describes the royal seal them he had hidden before leaving the palace.
