I enjoy historical cookbooks, and this book helped spark that interest many years ago. The book is part recipes (most modernized) and part story of the Lewis and Clark expedition, focusing on what they ate, where they got the food, and how they prepared it. They had a lot of miles to cover, and couldn't carry everything they needed, so had to find familiar and not-so-familiar foodstuffs along the way. ( ) nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione
