An interesting book full of many techniques to help you follow your own spiritual path. The techniques for the most part are solid and the writing is simple and clear. The book is also sleep inducing. If you can get past who Osho was (a controversial figure at best) and you are determined to follow your own path you could definitely do worse than this book. While it sounds like I'm being somewhat critical of the book, really I'm happy to own it and can see the value it might hold for others. ( )
