I enjoyed to the plot of this book that contained just enough mystery to keep the romance interesting. It has been a long time since I have read a romance book, but this one entertaining enough to make me consider choosing this genre occassionally. This book is a great read if you like basketball, romance, and not having to think very hard about what you're reading - this would be a perfect airplane read, for example. Let's be honest - this book is certainly not going to win any writing/editing prizes - much of the dialogue and exact imagery phrasing are repeated throughout the book, there is a lot of confusion between "past/passed" and "fair/fare" and a few other glaring grammar mistakes here and there (though nothing that will distract too too much). But the plot is there, and it keeps you reading, so for a good summer beach read, it isn't bad.
