Primo volume della serie Women of the Otherworld, a metà tra un Urban Fantasy ed un Paranormal Romance, Bitten è un libro difficile da recensire. L'idea di base, di un mondo in cui esistono solo pochissimi licantropi ed Elena è l'unica donna, l'ho trovata molto originale; la protagonista nonostante il suo caratteraccio non risulta antipatica e Clay, il personaggio maschile principale, mi è piaciuto tantissimo. Ho apprezzato inoltre che la storia d'amore non fosse l'unico tema del libro, dando ampio spazio anche all'azione e alle parti più puramente fantasy/paranormal, aspetto molto raro ultimamente.
