Lots going on here, not the traditional spider-man I have known before, but one that hangs out with other superheroes and can't defend himself from being hit and kidnapped and tied up... Haven't read any back story to this either so would probably like it more if I had read things in order. ( ) Not too bad I guess. Lots going on here, not the traditional spider-man I have known before, but one that hangs out with other superheroes and can't defend himself from being hit and kidnapped and tied up... Haven't read any back story to this either so would probably like it more if I had read things in order. A neighbor boy, Rick Jones, becomes a teleporting, flame-on type of mutant, and Aunt May sends her own super-powered trio (Peter Parker, Johnny Storm and Bobby Drake) in costume to smooth his entry into the life. Gwen, MJ and Kitty ambush Peter to give him a much-needed haircut. Johnny Storm teams up with, and is smitten by, Spider-Girl, who is Peter Parker's female clone, named Jessica. Government agents show up in class to haul away Kitty Pryde, and Kong fights for her and both go on the run. Later, Kitty seems to be moving toward the Dark Side a little. Chameleon kidnaps Jonah Jameson and Peter Parker, and thus an evil impostor steps into Peter Parker's life, pretty much ruining it for a while before the truth comes out. Lots of goodies here, with the typical sharp Bendis writing and very nice artwork from Mr. Lafuente. nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione
