Brilliant. Excellent. Just disappointed Lorraine didn't come with the book !

CLEAR - The recipies are simple,clear, and well explained and presented.

SPOT ON - The recipes are spot on, and with a few tries we become masters of that recipe. Love her Baker's Tips, and the slight humour of expression keeps me ticking happily whilst cooking.

VARIETY / VARIATIONS - Excellent variety of recipes and just a touch of difference from other's that you may read or know, making it extra special.

BIG PHOTOS - Lovely photos of the final product, and good explanation and instructions.

TV / BOOK SUPPORT - Brilliant TV presence with the TV series that the books supports, and vice versa.

A START - On her way to British Culinary Stardom (if not already there) and Deservedly so ! (
