- Ironwood is a busy library that serves the Ahwatukee community in diverse ways. We have over 100,000 items on our shelves to allow customers access to a great diversity of information in both print and electronic formats. Many adult and children's programs are presented and Ironwood provides a meeting room with a capacity of 70 that is available for public use. Internet access is available to the public on 15 computers. Teen Access, a space designed for teenagers, includes materials of special interest to Teens, and our Children's area includes a special space for early learners, birth through 5.
