I'd like to think YA Mystery

There was this book i read in seventh grade it was a mystery novel about this man who died and a select few were invited to his house for the reading of the will on the fourth of july..and the whole way its a mystery and i remember correctly it turns out he isn't actually dead? i can't remember i just would like to find out what the book is called..thanks in advance for anyone who thinks they can help!
