Hi All,
I'll be heading to Minneapolis in a couple weeks to speak to the Midwest Booksellers Association as one of their Midwest Connections Picks Authors and thought many of you might be interested in the program. It is particularly designed to promote and support Midwestern authors at bookstores and events across the area. I find this program particularly important as it seems to give voice to a market that is usually dominated by the East and West coasts. Basically the association is trying to forge an identity for Midwestern Literature. You can check out their current Connections Picks at www.midwestbooksellers.org.
