Crock Pot

I love my crock pot because it's so convenient. I have chicken breasts in it right now with some broth so I can make chicken tacos tonight for dinner. But I get stuck making the same things over and over because my family (ok, just 2 of my kids really) are so picky. What do you all like to cook in your crock pot/slow cooker?

Lasagne
Chilli
Curry
Stew

I think the Lasagne probably works best.

As Autumn's drawing in, I'll probably be using it more frequently again. Like the oven, it seems a bit odd to use it in summer.

My husband wants to fix up something so I can use it outside in the summer.

reading fox, curry is interesting. My husband & friends of ours have just started enjoying a near-by Indian Restr. Might you know of a dish called Vindaloo, (spicy lamb & potato curry)? What type of curry dish do you make in the crock?

Fabulous steak & potato soup in crock last night. Night before a German flare with pork, kraut and potatoes. No the kraut is drained and there is no sauer! : )
