One of those groups where, if you're talking to a civilian, you have to make sure they know you're not talking about those OTHER Wailers.

Same thing goes for the Heartbreakers.

The pretender-Heartbreaker/Dylan impersonator should be scalped and his heart dragged around on a meathook. I like the other Wailers...

Cant' stand the p-H/D i. You could throw him out of a helicopter for all I care. Indifferent to those other Wailers. Not familiar with much from the Tacoma Wailers. (Wikipedia says they are on the first Nugget comp but I don't recall their song right now.) Wish there were more good recordings of The Heartbreakers.

You MUST get Norton's Wailers pressing: Live Wire (I think that's the one), if only for the track "Hang Up" - up there, or nearly so, with anything The Sonics did. Their first lp has more of a Kingsmen frat-party sound. Hang Up is early "punk" rock.

Well, I think the p-H/D i should be hurled from the blade of a wind turbine only to land on a spiny yucca plant in the middle of the desert and then someone comes and hands him some rubbing alcohol and a salty pretzel.
