I love "Street Where Nobody Lives" and "What is this Shit Called Love".
A lot of great bands came out of the Cleveland area - Rocket from the Tombs (The Dead Boys, Pere Ubu), The Electric Eels (feel free to add and I will track them down...).

Hear, hear for the great bands from Cleveland - and if you expand the metro area to include Akron then you get Devo, and the Pretenders among others.

And Rocket from the Tombs and The Dead Boys and Pere Ubu.
A friend of mine in Cleveland sends me tapes of a local radio show: The Golden Age of Rock ad Roll - great stuff: rockabilly, surf, etc. We have nothing like that in DC.
