I love "Street Where Nobody Lives" and "What is this Shit Called Love".

A lot of great bands came out of the Cleveland area - Rocket from the Tombs (The Dead Boys, Pere Ubu), The Electric Eels (feel free to add and I will track them down...).

Hear, hear for the great bands from Cleveland - and if you expand the metro area to include Akron then you get Devo, and the Pretenders among others.

A friend of mine in Cleveland sends me tapes of a local radio show: The Golden Age of Rock ad Roll - great stuff: rockabilly, surf, etc. We have nothing like that in DC.
