Pigs in Heaven by Barara Kingsolver is set at least half in a Cherokee reservation in Oklahoma (other half is in the Southwest... Arizona, I think?), and is quite good.

The way to Rainy Mountain combines Kiowa myth, Kiowa history and the author's own experiences to create a remarkably compact and beautiful evocation of the Native American experience.

The YA fantasy book Marked by P.C. Cast starts off in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and then moves to Tulsa. The book is part of a series and the others will probably take place there as well. Book 2 is titled Betrayed and I'm not sure what the 3rd one is called.
