From November 1st, ABC studio is starting "Legend of the Seeker", show based on Terry Goodkind's Wizard's First Rule, though I think they may extend the show for next books in the Sword of Truth series.
I have never really seen any TV show based on a book, at least none that I know of, what do you think about it?

Sex and the city, Gossip girl, Hornblower, Sharpe, I Claudius, M*A*S*H, Sweet Valley High, Six Million Dollar Man. And that's without metioning any mini-series.
Any way I won't be able to see it untill January at least, hope its good.
