I'm really looking forward to reading The Sound of Light. Post office said it was on its way and I'd get it Monday. Now they've updated it to "Delayed in Transit". " Delivery Date Unknown". What have they done to my poor book! 😢

The USPS has the worst tracking system I've ever seen. The book was sitting in my parcel locker Saturday afternoon, but according to USPS, as of Tuesday it is still missing and they don't know when I'll receive it. IT'S HERE, GUYS!!!

>4 tealadytoo: It’s a human error, not the system though - the postman did not scan it before putting it in your mailbox and/or did not check it when they delivered. The tracking cannot do much if the human who delivers forgets to scan :)

>5 AnnieMod:. They make a LOT of those errors here. They are badly understaffed in this locale and take a lot of shortcuts to compensate. Some days they skip delivery, some days it's just tracking.
