Romance novel green dress cover

I read a book around 10 years ago. I remember the cover has a girl with a green dress. It was set in Ireland I think? Maybe Scotland. Main character had a child out of wedlock and the baby was raised as her sibling by her parents. I vaguely remember something about like arranged marriages or something at a chapel and she sees the father of her child there who has no clue he has a kid. I believe there’s some sort of war or battle going on?? I just remember loving the book and can’t for the life of me remember what it’s called.
