It seems that the switch to disable Quick Find does not work in the app when using the barcode scanner. Quick Find is always active even if the switch is set to off.
The reason I really need to be able to choose among hits is that sometimes the first hit is not a book, but a CD.
If I enter the ISBN by hand in the search field instead, I get a list of several hits and can select the book instead of the CD. Another reason I need to be able to select a certain hit is that sometimes the Swedish letters å,ä,ö is not correct in some of the hits.
In any case, Quick Find is active when the bar scanner is used regardless of the position of the switch. Could someone else please confirm this behavior?
To test you will need a book that generates several hits from your sources. The book will also need a printed barcode.
1. First make sure that the Quick Find feature is set to off in the app.
2. Enter the ISBN-numbers in the search field. Confirm that you get several hits from your sources.
3. Then use the bar scanner to search for the same title using the barcode. You now get only one hit, despite that you have set the Quick Find switch to off.

Ok, I've confirmed this bug using the steps above:
1. First make sure that the Quick Find feature is set to off in the app.
2. Enter the ISBN-numbers in the search field (I used 9780525510567). Confirm that you get several hits from your sources (two hits).
3. Then use the bar scanner to search for the same title using the barcode. You now get only one hit, despite that you have set the Quick Find switch to off. (This was true for me)

The scanner ALWAYS goes with the first valid result. It never gives you the option to select from a list of results. Otherwise it would create drag in the scanning process.
