Auto-correct problems

Can anyone tell me how to turn off the auto-correct function in Librarything. I don't remember having trouble with on my old MacBook, but now it keeps changing my local call numbers which include part of authors' surnames (e.g. changing Krue to True) and messing up foreign language titles that are manually entered. I'm working on a Mac desktop and running LT on Safari. (I don't have Microsoft Office on this machine, so I can't blame that.)

This is not an LT issue. Auto-correct is a function of your computer settings. On a Mac, go to "System Preferences", then "Keyboard" and "Text". Make sure "Correct spelling automatically" is unchecked.
