Take Inventory Instructions URL Bug

To reproduce:
1. go to "Your books"
2. open the drop-down menu with Tags etc., and click to enter the "Take Inventory" feature
3. click the "Instructions" page in the top box:
Bug: The page goes to https://wiki.librarything.com/index.php/Inventory, but the URL in the browser remains on your catalog (https://www.librarything.com/catalog/MEMBERNAME).
NB: I'm testing in Chrome, in case this is browser-specific.

And, if you open the link for the "Instructions" in a new tab (command + click) the URL goes to https://wiki.librarything.com/index.php/HelpThing:Your_books/TakeInventory instead of https://wiki.librarything.com/index.php/Inventory ... some inconsistency there.

Fixed the frame issue causing the url to not change and LT header to stay displayed.
